Sexon Super Peace

narita

I arrived in Tokyo on Friday, a few days early, and it feels so good to be back here. With the pitiful state of air travel these days I was pleasantly surprised to have a wonderfully smooth time getting here on Continental Airlines. They didn’t charge me to check my bike, which was a huge relief, no questions asked just let me right through. Excellent service and food on the airplane (so rare these days) and an excellent selection of movies (Annie Hall, Citizen Kane…) to watch on demand making my 13 hour direct flight quite painless. Took my bike box on the train to the city, and got some looks as expected, but no trouble whatsoever.

Sexon Super Peace Shop

When I got into Shibuya I set up my bike at a shop that I found right by my friend’s house called Sexon Super Peace. After talking with the guys for a minute they said they already knew about Tokyo to Osaka and described the logo to me, which I was happy to say I designed. I’m glad the word has been spreading. Thank you to the guys at Sexon for letting me use their pedal wrench and floor pump! We appreicate the support!
